Delete your Remember4u account

Request deletion

Send an email from the email address used for your Remember4u account. Include the subject "Remember4u Account Deletion Request".

Data deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account for Remember4u.
Your user profile document.
Your saved reminders, notes, schedules, repeat rules, completion logs, and preferences stored in cloud database records.
Android FCM device token records associated with your account.
Reminder delivery records where they are linked to your account and no longer needed for security or integrity.

Retention

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. Some limited records may be retained if required for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retained records are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Recommended in-app path

If you still have the app installed, open Remember4u, go to Settings, and contact support or use the deletion link if available. The web request above remains available for users who cannot access the app.
